Today, the children from the Blagoevgrad District participated in a mini golf course organized in the village of Marikostinovo, Petrich municipality, within the framework of local cross-border settlements for children and children with injuries, organized by the Foundation “Health Prophylaxis” from Blagoevgrad and the Center for Development of the Third Northeast Plan region of Republic North Macedonia.

Considering the preservation of the health and safety of the children-participants and the technical techniques, the coordination is carried out simultaneously on both sides of the border, that the children from Blagoevgrad District went to the only minigolf course in the region, and the Macedonian peers were at the course in Kriva Palanka, Republic of North Macedonia, which was built within the project. An ongoing video conferencing connection has been maintained throughout.

The participants from both sides showed great enthusiasm and joined the competitions with satisfaction, as they confirmed their interest in further participation in suitable initiatives.
